As a UN host city, like Geneva, Nairobi plays a pivotal role in connecting local and regional governments with the work of international organizations. With UN-Habitat and the UN Environment Programme—the largest UN agencies focusing on urban development—based in the city, Nairobi brings invaluable expertise to the Hub. Together, we will tackle critical issues such as urbanization, environmental sustainability, housing, and global governance to shape a better future.
