Si les \u00c9tats membres commencent \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9aliser qu'il est dans leur int\u00e9r\u00eat d'impliquer une multitude d'acteurs, y compris les gouvernements locaux et r\u00e9gionaux (GLR), pour mettre en \u0153uvre efficacement les politiques et d\u00e9cisions mondiales, le GCH souhaite aller plus loin et pr\u00e9conise un r\u00f4le plus institutionnalis\u00e9 dans les processus de prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le contexte du d\u00e9bat sur la place des gouvernements locaux et r\u00e9gionaux dans le syst\u00e8me multilat\u00e9ral, il a partag\u00e9 ses exp\u00e9riences sur la mani\u00e8re de connecter les gouvernements locaux et r\u00e9gionaux aux organisations internationales, en particulier le Forum des Maires, dont la 4\u00e8me \u00e9dition s'est tenue \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve il y a deux semaines avec plus de 70 villes participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a soulign\u00e9 que l'engagement des GRL est essentiel pour rendre le multilat\u00e9ralisme plus inclusif. Nous avons besoin d'espaces de dialogue commun o\u00f9 nous pouvons \u00e9changer et d\u00e9battre des meilleures solutions aux d\u00e9fis mondiaux, comme \u00e0 Strasbourg et \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, qui ne sont pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9s, surtout dans notre monde connect\u00e9.
