Au plus tard, l'INB devra pr\u00e9senter un accord sur la pand\u00e9mie lors de la prochaine Assembl\u00e9e mondiale de la sant\u00e9 en mai 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que l'INB n'a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 finaliser un accord en mai dernier, il a repris ses travaux avec une dynamique renouvel\u00e9e par le biais d'un Bureau tournant, avec 2 nouveaux membres (la France et l'Australie, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l'Afrique du Sud, du Br\u00e9sil et de l'Egypte). Un nouveau plan de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 et les n\u00e9gociations reprendront d\u00e9but septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L'espoir \u00e9tait grand que les parties prenantes concern\u00e9es, y compris le Global Cities Hub, soient d\u00e9sormais autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 participer en tant qu'observateurs \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9unions de l'INB. Mais cette proposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement repouss\u00e9e par plusieurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gations qui souhaitent que les discussions ne se d\u00e9roulent qu'entre \u00c9tats.<\/strong> Il est \u00e9vident que la GCH regrette profond\u00e9ment cette d\u00e9cision, comme beaucoup d'autres qui avaient demand\u00e9 la participation officielle des parties prenantes concern\u00e9es \u00e0 toutes les n\u00e9gociations restantes dans le cadre du processus INB pour un nouvel accord sur la pand\u00e9mie (voir la Lettre ouverte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pandemicactionnetwork.org\/news\/19164\/\">ici<\/a>). Les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 huis clos font qu'il est tr\u00e8s difficile pour le GCH de soutenir efficacement les points pertinents pour les GRL.
