L'objectif \u00e9tait de sensibiliser les villes et les gouvernements infranationaux au processus de n\u00e9gociation en cours au sein du Comit\u00e9 international de n\u00e9gociation (CIN) et aux progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour. Cette n\u00e9gociation vise \u00e0 \u00e9laborer \"un instrument international juridiquement contraignant sur la pollution plastique, y compris dans l'environnement marin\", appel\u00e9 pour plus de facilit\u00e9 \"Trait\u00e9 mondial sur les plastiques\". Le CNI se r\u00e9unit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et ses&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/inc-plastic-pollution\/session-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prochaine session&nbsp;<\/a>se tiendra du 11 au 19 novembre 2023 \u00e0 Nairobi.
