Construire un pont entre les interventions humanitaires imm\u00e9diates bas\u00e9es sur les besoins et un programme de d\u00e9veloppement tourn\u00e9 vers l'avenir pour mieux reconstruire offre l'espoir d'un avenir durable et centr\u00e9 sur l'\u00eatre humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les projets UN4Kharkiv et UN4Mykolaiv coordonn\u00e9s par la Commission \u00e9conomique des Nations Unies pour l'Europe (CEE-ONU) prouvent qu'avec une collaboration multipartite renforc\u00e9e, le syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies peut produire des r\u00e9sultats tangibles sur le terrain malgr\u00e9 les conflits arm\u00e9s ou les tensions politiques en cours. Le document d\u00e9taille les concepts, le contenu et les r\u00e9sultats envisag\u00e9s de ces projets, et propose des recommandations \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce processus, le Geneva Cities Hub et le Centre de politique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve, en collaboration avec la CEE-ONU, ont organis\u00e9 l'atelier de formation sur la politique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/en\/you-can-only-rebuild-a-city-in-close-collaboration-with-the-local-authorities\/\">conf\u00e9rence<\/a> \"Quelle reconstruction pour l'Ukraine ? Qu'est-ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 perdu et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en un an ?\" le 5 juin 2023 avec des participants de tous les niveaux de gouvernance.
