Le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement a permis de pr\u00e9senter des projets concrets et des bonnes pratiques \u00e9volutives de solutions num\u00e9riques pour l'adaptation au changement climatique et la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a donn\u00e9 l'occasion d'entendre directement les maires sur les r\u00e9alisations locales et a permis un apprentissage efficace de pair \u00e0 pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9v\u00e9nement, le dialogue interactif de haut niveau des maires avec d'autres parties prenantes, s'est concentr\u00e9 sur la mani\u00e8re de construire des villes r\u00e9silientes pour une meilleure adaptation au changement climatique et la r\u00e9alisation des ODD, tout en explorant les synergies entre les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de gouvernance : local, infranational, r\u00e9gional et mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les intervenants des diff\u00e9rents continents se sont accord\u00e9s sur le fait que pour exploiter la puissance de la technologie num\u00e9rique, nous devons veiller \u00e0 ce qu'elle soit durable et inclusive. Il s'agit d'un outil important pour les collectivit\u00e9s locales et r\u00e9gionales (LRG) afin de d\u00e9velopper et d'offrir des services publics efficaces \u00e0 leurs r\u00e9sidents. Les normes internationales pertinentes peuvent contribuer \u00e0 fournir aux citoyens des services locaux conviviaux et respectueux de l'environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/DSC01597-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18293\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La technologie num\u00e9rique permet de simuler des adaptations proactives, qu'il s'agisse d'un changement dans les habitudes des habitants, du d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles infrastructures, des cons\u00e9quences du changement climatique ou de la r\u00e9ponse aux catastrophes. La communication des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el permet une meilleure \u00e9valuation, qui \u00e0 son tour permet une gestion plus efficace et conduit \u00e0 une action percutante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Forum 2023 du SMSI a fourni une occasion unique d'\u00e9changer des points de vue sur les meilleures pratiques, les nouvelles technologies et les innovations pour faire progresser le d\u00e9veloppement intelligent et de discuter des exp\u00e9riences locales et nationales et des meilleures pratiques afin d'identifier et d'\u00e9tendre les technologies pertinentes et les solutions innovantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La discussion a nourri des exemples allant de la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions locales de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre \u00e0 la fixation d'un objectif de ville nette z\u00e9ro carbone, des d\u00e9fis environnementaux des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res \u00e0 la construction d'un projet de canal intelligent, et de l'initiation d'une journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9sintoxication num\u00e9rique \u00e0 la transformation de la gestion des d\u00e9chets \u00e9lectroniques en une opportunit\u00e9 d'affaires locale. Les points communs entre les parties prenantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 de mettre l'accent sur l'inclusivit\u00e9 et la confiance, ainsi que d'unir leurs forces pour ne laisser personne \u00e0 la tra\u00eene sur le plan num\u00e9rique. Les dirigeants des GRL doivent s'adapter aux changements rapides afin de pouvoir utiliser les bons outils pour servir leur communaut\u00e9 locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 ravis de travailler avec notre distingu\u00e9 partenaire <a href=\"https:\/\/we-gov.org\/organizations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WeGO <\/a>faire progresser la participation et l'engagement des gouvernements locaux et r\u00e9gionaux dans le multilat\u00e9ralisme, en particulier en ce qui concerne la num\u00e9risation centr\u00e9e sur les personnes dans les villes.
