L'objectif \u00e9tait que le Bureau et les \u00c9tats membres invitent les parties prenantes concern\u00e9es \u00e0 formuler des commentaires sur le plan d'action de l'UE. <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.who.int\/gb\/inb\/pdf_files\/inb4\/A_INB4_3-en.pdf\">tirage z\u00e9ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le CCS a saisi cette occasion pour rappeler la valeur ajout\u00e9e des gouvernements locaux et r\u00e9gionaux (GLR) dans les processus multilat\u00e9raux, tels que celui-ci. Il a soulign\u00e9 le r\u00f4le crucial des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales dans la pr\u00e9vention, la pr\u00e9paration et la r\u00e9ponse aux pand\u00e9mies et le fait que les villes et les milieux urbains sont particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rables aux maladies infectieuses et aux \u00e9pid\u00e9mies. Alors que le projet z\u00e9ro comprend d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques r\u00e9f\u00e9rences aux autorit\u00e9s locales et \u00e0 l'action au niveau local, le GCH a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 l'introduction d'un nouveau principe directeur consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l'approche pangouvernementale, garantissant que non seulement plusieurs domaines de gouvernement sont impliqu\u00e9s, mais aussi tous les niveaux de gouvernement.
