{"id":17108,"date":"2022-07-02T11:05:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-02T09:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/?p=17108"},"modified":"2022-07-07T13:14:53","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T11:14:53","slug":"a-first-cop-of-cities-to-reaffirm-cities-crucial-role-in-addressing-climate-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/fr\/a-first-cop-of-cities-to-reaffirm-cities-crucial-role-in-addressing-climate-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Une premi\u00e8re COP des villes pour r\u00e9affirmer le r\u00f4le crucial des villes dans la lutte contre le changement climatique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les 1er et 2 juillet 2022, la ville d'Abijan et l' <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/en\/international-association-of-francophone-mayors\/\">Association Internationale des Maires Francophones<\/a> ont co-organis\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re \"COP des villes\" consacr\u00e9e au changement climatique, en amont de  la <a href=\"https:\/\/cop27.eg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COP27<\/a> qui se tiendra en novembre 2022 en Egypte. \u00c0 cette occasion, les maires des cinq continents se sont r\u00e9unis pour r\u00e9affirmer leur engagement et le r\u00f4le crucial des villes dans la lutte contre le changement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Abijan, les maires se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en \u0153uvre de leurs plans d'action pour le climat et l'\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies d'adaptation pour att\u00e9nuer et r\u00e9duire l'impact du changement climatique<\/li><li>continuer \u00e0 partager leurs bonnes pratiques au niveau international<\/li><li>d\u00e9velopper des solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature et investir dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et la gestion durable des ressources<\/li><li>rendre compte de leurs progr\u00e8s et les pr\u00e9senter lors de la COP27 en \u00c9gypte.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les maires ont \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 les \u00c9tats \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer avec les autorit\u00e9s locales et r\u00e9gionales pour \u00e9laborer et mettre en \u0153uvre les Contributions D\u00e9termin\u00e9es au niveau National (CDN) \u00e0 l'Accord de Paris, \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre le r\u00f4le majeur des villes dans la r\u00e9alisation du d\u00e9veloppement durable et \u00e0 soutenir les investissements dans des projets municipaux respectueux du climat.
