De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les organisations internationales ont pu entendre directement les dirigeants politiques s'exprimer sur les besoins, les obstacles et les priorit\u00e9s au niveau local.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/fr\/strengthening-the-role-of-vlrs-connecting-local-and-national-reviews-through-the-un-forum-of-mayors\/\"><strong>Les examens locaux volontaires (VLR) : un processus et une voie vers la mise en \u0153uvre<\/strong><\/a> (<span lang=\"EN-US\">13 octobre 2026<\/span>)<\/p><p>Les participants ont examin\u00e9 comment les VLR pouvaient \u00e9voluer au-del\u00e0 de simples exercices de compte rendu pour devenir des outils concrets d'action, d'investissement et de gouvernance \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux, et comment l'attention internationale port\u00e9e \u00e0 leur mise en \u0153uvre et \u00e0 leur suivi pourrait \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/fr\/gch-partners-with-wef-on-urban-transformation-summit-2026\/\"><strong>Sommet sur la transformation urbaine<\/strong><\/a> (<span lang=\"EN-US\">14 octobre 2026<\/span>)<\/p><p>The GCH also contributed to the\u00a0Urban Transformation Summit, organized by the World Economic Forum (WEF) back-to-back with the UN Forum of Mayors, helping foster synergies on urban issues and facilitate mayors\u2019 participation. Bringing together 100 mayors, investors, business executives, international organizations, civil society representatives and other stakeholders, the Summit examined how infrastructure, technology, governance and investment intersect to shape productivity, resilience and economic performance in cities.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wipo.int\/pressroom\/en\/articles\/2026\/article_0015.html\"><strong>Prix de la ville de l'innovation de l'OMPI<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>WIPO named Charleroi (Belgium), Liverpool (United Kingdom) and Shanghai (China) as the first winners of its &#8220;City of Innovation&#8221; awards program that recognizes cities\u2019 commitments to advancing innovation and creativity in their communities.
