C'est pourquoi il est essentiel d'inclure les gouvernements locaux et r\u00e9gionaux dans les initiatives et processus globaux qui traitent de la sant\u00e9, de l'environnement, du changement climatique, de l'\u00e9nergie et du logement. Nombre de ces initiatives sont men\u00e9es par l'Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9
