En ella se explorar\u00e1n soluciones para un mundo que se enfrenta a grandes cambios estructurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El esp\u00edritu de di\u00e1logo coincide en gran medida con las actividades del GCH que conectan a los gobiernos locales y regionales con las Naciones Unidas y otras organizaciones internacionales. Por ello, nos interesan especialmente los di\u00e1logos entre m\u00faltiples partes interesadas en torno a retos mundiales clave en los que es necesaria la cooperaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada y multinivel. A la hora de abordar estos retos, el crecimiento, la resiliencia y la innovaci\u00f3n son factores importantes con gran relevancia a nivel local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andras Szorenyi, asesor pol\u00edtico de GCH, afirma en un art\u00edculo publicado recientemente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/stories\/2025\/11\/local-leaders-meet-global-goals\/\">Agenda del FEM<\/a> en coautor\u00eda con Jeff Merrit, Director del Centro para la Transformaci\u00f3n Urbana del FEM, que las ciudades est\u00e1n demostrando ser los motores del crecimiento integrador, la innovaci\u00f3n y la resiliencia, traduciendo los objetivos mundiales en soluciones locales tangibles. A medida que aumentan las tensiones geopol\u00edticas y las instituciones tradicionales se enfrentan a un bloqueo, la ausencia de alcaldes y l\u00edderes locales en los debates orientados al futuro es una oportunidad perdida. Debe aprovecharse el poder de la acci\u00f3n local y regional para contribuir al progreso mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguiremos con especial atenci\u00f3n los intercambios en Davos sobre c\u00f3mo podemos desbloquear nuevas fuentes de crecimiento y c\u00f3mo podemos avanzar en la cooperaci\u00f3n multinivel en un mundo m\u00e1s fragmentado. Desde el secretario general de las Naciones Unidas, Antonio Guterres, hasta el director general de la OMS, Dr. Tedros, desde el presidente Donald Trump hasta la directora general de BlackRock, Laurence Fink, desde el alcalde de Londres, Sadiq Khan, hasta el presidente de la SCC, Corey Gray, los l\u00edderes de todos los niveles de gobierno y del sector privado elaborar\u00e1n con toda probabilidad sobre c\u00f3mo hacer frente a la complejidad actual y perseguir las oportunidades del ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la presentaci\u00f3n del informe \"Urban Advantage in the Next Economy Report &amp; Global City Competitiveness Index\", elaborado por el SuperSymmetry Institute, destacaremos que las reglas existentes est\u00e1n en entredicho, mientras que otras nuevas est\u00e1n a\u00fan por surgir. Las perspectivas de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico depender\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s de la capacidad de las econom\u00edas no s\u00f3lo para hacer frente a las perturbaciones a corto plazo, sino tambi\u00e9n para aprovechar la innovaci\u00f3n con el fin de impulsar la productividad y el bienestar a largo plazo. Adem\u00e1s, las pol\u00edticas socioecon\u00f3micas deben garantizar que los beneficios del crecimiento urbano lleguen a m\u00e1s personas. Elevar y capacitar a los l\u00edderes locales hace que la acci\u00f3n internacional sea m\u00e1s eficaz, equitativa y centrada en las personas. Por eso hemos apoyado el <a href=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/the-forum-of-mayors\/\">Foro de Alcaldes de la ONU<\/a> desde su creaci\u00f3n y seguir\u00e1 haci\u00e9ndolo en su 6<sup>th<\/sup> edici\u00f3n en octubre de 2026, en Ginebra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta nueva era definida por normas controvertidas, alianzas cambiantes y la erosi\u00f3n de la confianza, la cooperaci\u00f3n multilateral inclusiva debe reforzarse a todos los niveles. Todas las partes interesadas deben adaptarse continuamente a un conjunto de din\u00e1micas muy complejas en un entorno fluido en el que los supuestos sobre el poder y el impacto se cuestionan en tiempo real. Los gobiernos locales y regionales son actores emergentes que pueden contribuir a abordar retos globales con efectos locales.
