El GCH sostiene que los Gobiernos Locales y Regionales (GLR), actores clave en la respuesta a la COVID-19, deber\u00edan ser mencionados expl\u00edcitamente en el tratado y tener m\u00e1s voz en el futuro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A punto de concluir la 11\u00aa sesi\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano Intergubernamental de Negociaci\u00f3n (INB) para redactar y negociar un nuevo tratado de la OMS sobre pandemias, ya es hora de que reflexionemos sobre lo que (no) hay en el borrador del tratado sobre pandemias para los gobiernos locales y regionales. Aunque los primeros borradores mencionaban a los GLR, estas referencias se han ido diluyendo con el tiempo.
