El nuevo documento pol\u00edtico del GCH sostiene que los gobiernos locales y regionales (GLR) deber\u00edan desplegar estas tecnolog\u00edas, pero s\u00f3lo cuando contribuyan a la misi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los GLR y mejoren la calidad de vida y satisfagan las necesidades de sus ciudadanos. El documento examina las oportunidades y los retos que puede plantear el uso de la IA en las ciudades. Examina los \u00e1mbitos en los que la IA puede servir mejor a los gobiernos locales y ofrece una visi\u00f3n general de los principios rectores que garantizan el uso \u00e9tico de la IA. I<\/strong>Tambi\u00e9n sostiene que los GLR deber\u00edan poder incorporar sus necesidades y expectativas a los procesos mundiales de regulaci\u00f3n de la IA.
