En particular, se est\u00e1 negociando un nuevo tratado sobre la contaminaci\u00f3n por pl\u00e1sticos (<a href=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/lrgs-should-engage-ahead-of-negotiations-in-ottawa-to-influence-future-plastic-pollution-treaty\/\">INC4 - a partir del 23 de abril en Ottawa),<\/a>&nbsp;junto con debates intergubernamentales relacionados con los Convenios en diferentes Conferencias de las Partes (COP) sobre biodiversidad, residuos y cambio clim\u00e1tico. Instrumentos m\u00e1s suaves, como las resoluciones, tambi\u00e9n complementan esta labor a escala internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Zero-polution-day-picture-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19571\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos procesos multilaterales sirven para concienciar o proporcionar marcos para negociar nuevos tratados, protocolos o acuerdos en el marco de la convenci\u00f3n principal. Sin embargo, estos foros implican \u00daNICAMENTE a los gobiernos centrales y a menudo no reconocen adecuadamente el papel de los GLR.
