{"id":19324,"date":"2024-01-29T09:10:33","date_gmt":"2024-01-29T08:10:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/?p=19324"},"modified":"2024-01-31T09:19:36","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T08:19:36","slug":"pact-for-the-future-transforming-global-governance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/pact-for-the-future-transforming-global-governance\/","title":{"rendered":"Pacto de futuro: transformar la gobernanza mundial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 29 de enero de 2024, los cofacilitadores del proceso preparatorio del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/en\/summit-of-the-future\">Cumbre del Futuro<\/a>&nbsp;- Alemania y Namibia- publicaron la primera propuesta (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sites\/un2.un.org\/files\/sotf-co-facilitators-zero-draft_pact-for-the-future.pdf\">calado cero<\/a>) para el <strong>Pacto de futuro. <\/strong>Este Pacto ser\u00e1 adoptado por la Asamblea General de la ONU como resultado de la Cumbre del Futuro (septiembre de 2024), que deber\u00eda constituir un momento para reforzar la conexi\u00f3n entre la gobernanza mundial y los pueblos del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras consultar a todas las partes interesadas, el borrador del Pacto de Futuro se articula en torno a cinco pilares fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desarrollo sostenible y financiaci\u00f3n del desarrollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paz y seguridad internacionales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n digital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juventud y generaciones futuras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformar la gobernanza mundial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Global Cities Hub (GCH) present\u00f3 anteriormente sus aportaciones al quinto pilar clave \"Transformar la gobernanza mundial\" para permitir el compromiso sostenible de los gobiernos locales y regionales (GLR) y lograr as\u00ed un multilateralismo eficaz e inclusivo. Nos complace ver el compromiso con una visi\u00f3n de un sistema multilateral que no se limite \u00fanicamente a los Estados y que busque ser m\u00e1s eficaz, justo, representativo e inclusivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El borrador del Pacto de Futuro habla de un compromiso m\u00e1s estructurado e inclusivo con los gobiernos locales, entre otras partes interesadas. Consideramos que es un paso importante en la direcci\u00f3n correcta, pero pedimos a todas las partes negociadoras que refuercen a\u00fan m\u00e1s esta noci\u00f3n de la siguiente manera <a href=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/gch-submitted-inputs-to-elaborate-the-pact-for-the-future\/\">establecer un estatuto espec\u00edfico de la ONU para los GRL<\/a>como sugiere GCH en su aportaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El GCH tambi\u00e9n propone <a href=\"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/the-forum-of-mayors\/\">elevar el Foro de Alcaldes<\/a> en la jerarqu\u00eda de las Naciones Unidas y desarrollar este Foro como principal punto de entrada para los alcaldes de todo el mundo en el sistema de las Naciones Unidas. Este a\u00f1o, el Foro (30 sep-1 oct 2024) explorar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo pueden contribuir los alcaldes al Pacto para el Futuro y a su aplicaci\u00f3n, para dar forma al futuro que queremos y formar parte de la soluci\u00f3n a los numerosos retos a los que nos enfrentamos.
