{"id":19156,"date":"2023-11-22T16:57:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T15:57:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2023-11-23T17:10:35","modified_gmt":"2023-11-23T16:10:35","slug":"3rd-who-mayors-dialogue-on-promoting-urban-governance-for-health-and-well-being","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/3rd-who-mayors-dialogue-on-promoting-urban-governance-for-health-and-well-being\/","title":{"rendered":"Tercer Di\u00e1logo de Alcaldes de la OMS sobre el fomento de la gobernanza urbana para la salud y el bienestar"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"19156\" class=\"elementor elementor-19156\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c2c54f9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c2c54f9\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-308429cc\" data-id=\"308429cc\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-158c43d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"158c43d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>El 22 de noviembre de 2023, el GCH tuvo el placer de contribuir al debate en el \"Tercer Di\u00e1logo de Alcaldes sobre la Promoci\u00f3n de la Gobernanza Urbana para la Salud y el Bienestar\", organizado por la OMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El di\u00e1logo formaba parte del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/initiatives\/urban-governance-for-health-and-well-being\">Iniciativa mundial de la OMS sobre Gobernanza Urbana para la Salud y el Bienestar<\/a>&nbsp;(2020-2028), que permite compartir conocimientos y buenas pr\u00e1cticas sobre formas innovadoras y pr\u00e1cticas de crear salud y bienestar para todos en las ciudades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcaldes y representantes municipales de Gualeguaych\u00fa (Argentina), Khulna (Bangladesh), Duala (Camer\u00fan), Bogot\u00e1 (Colombia), Quito (Ecuador), Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (M\u00e9xico) y Pasig (Filipinas) participaron en el programa, que incluy\u00f3 debates tem\u00e1ticos, visitas de estudio y presentaciones de avances de proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duong, codirector del GCH, subray\u00f3 que las ciudades y regiones se ven muy afectadas por los retos mundiales (salud, medio ambiente, clima, contaminaci\u00f3n por pl\u00e1sticos, migraci\u00f3n, etc.), y desarrollan acciones y soluciones locales que son \u00fatiles en los debates de la ONU sobre estos retos. Por tanto, la presencia y participaci\u00f3n de los GLR ofrecen un valor a\u00f1adido a nivel internacional, especialmente porque los alcaldes tienen una visi\u00f3n multisectorial y de toda la sociedad. Explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo las ciudades pueden contribuir m\u00e1s eficazmente a los procesos multilaterales y participar en los debates para compartir sus reflexiones y pensamientos de cara al futuro sobre la gobernanza para la salud y el bienestar, pero tambi\u00e9n sobre otras cuestiones que est\u00e1 tratando la comunidad internacional en Ginebra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El GCH aboga por un enfoque integral del multilateralismo en general y de las cuestiones sanitarias en particular. Proporcionamos informaci\u00f3n pertinente a los GLR sobre los procesos internacionales identificados y servimos de centro de conocimientos sobre las actividades de las OI con sede en Ginebra. El ecosistema internacional de Ginebra engloba a todas las partes interesadas, incluidos los Estados, las OI, las ONG y el sector privado, y tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda ofrecer m\u00e1s espacio a los GLR. Tambi\u00e9n se informaron sobre el programa \"Alianza para Ciudades Saludables\", dirigido en cooperaci\u00f3n con Bloomberg Philanthropies, que promueve el aprendizaje entre iguales y el intercambio en torno a 14 \u00e1reas pol\u00edticas clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Di\u00e1logo de los Alcaldes sobre el Fomento de la Gobernanza Urbana para la Salud y el Bienestar es un programa excelente que demuestra la importancia del multilateralismo integrador y el valor a\u00f1adido de los intercambios entre los niveles local y global de la toma de decisiones en nuestro mundo \"glocalizado\", como elocuentemente dijo el Director Krech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue estupendo volver a conectar con el alcalde Agudelo Hern\u00e1ndez de Kennedy, Bogot\u00e1, as\u00ed como entablar un debate con el alcalde Mbassa Ndine de Douala, el alcalde Piaggio de Gualeguaych\u00fa y el alcalde Vanegas de Milpa Alta en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
