Construir un puente entre las intervenciones humanitarias inmediatas basadas en las necesidades y un programa de desarrollo con visi\u00f3n de futuro para reconstruir mejor ofrece la esperanza de un futuro sostenible y centrado en las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los proyectos UN4Kharkiv y UN4Mykolaiv, coordinados por la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Europa de las Naciones Unidas (CEPE), demuestran que, con una colaboraci\u00f3n reforzada de las m\u00faltiples partes interesadas, el sistema de las Naciones Unidas puede obtener resultados tangibles sobre el terreno a pesar de los conflictos armados o las tensiones pol\u00edticas existentes. El documento detalla los conceptos, el contenido y los resultados previstos de estos proyectos, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer recomendaciones a la comunidad internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del proceso, el Geneva Cities Hub y el Geneva Centre for Security Policy, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la UNECE, organizaron el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/en\/you-can-only-rebuild-a-city-in-close-collaboration-with-the-local-authorities\/\">conferencia<\/a> \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 reconstrucci\u00f3n para Ucrania? \u00bfQu\u00e9 se ha perdido y qu\u00e9 se ha conseguido en un a\u00f1o?\" el 5 de junio de 2023 con participantes de todos los niveles de gobierno.
