{"id":18292,"date":"2023-03-13T09:12:34","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T08:12:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/?p=18292"},"modified":"2023-03-16T09:34:41","modified_gmt":"2023-03-16T08:34:41","slug":"mayors-events-at-wsis-forum-2023-leaving-no-one-digitally-behind","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalcitieshub.org\/es\/mayors-events-at-wsis-forum-2023-leaving-no-one-digitally-behind\/","title":{"rendered":"Actos de los alcaldes en el Foro CMSI 2023: no dejar a nadie atr\u00e1s digitalmente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 13 de marzo de 2023, el Centro de Ciudades de Ginebra organiz\u00f3 dos inspiradoras mesas redondas, en su calidad de principal socio organizador de la Conferencia de las Ciudades de 2023. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/en\/wsis-forum-2023-mayors-engagement\/\">Actos de alto nivel de los alcaldes en el Foro de la CMSI<\/a>. En el primer acto se presentaron proyectos concretos y buenas pr\u00e1cticas escalables de soluciones digitales para la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico y la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica. El acto brind\u00f3 la oportunidad de escuchar directamente a los alcaldes hablar de los logros locales y permiti\u00f3 un aprendizaje eficaz entre iguales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo acto, el Di\u00e1logo Interactivo de Alto Nivel de Alcaldes con otras partes interesadas, se centr\u00f3 en c\u00f3mo construir ciudades resilientes para una mejor adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico y la consecuci\u00f3n de los ODS, explorando al mismo tiempo las sinergias entre los diferentes niveles de gobernanza: local, subnacional, regional y mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponentes de distintos continentes coincidieron en que, para aprovechar el poder de la tecnolog\u00eda digital, debemos asegurarnos de que sea sostenible e integradora. Es una herramienta importante para que los gobiernos locales y regionales desarrollen y ofrezcan servicios p\u00fablicos eficientes a sus residentes. Las normas internacionales pertinentes pueden contribuir a ofrecer a los ciudadanos unos servicios locales f\u00e1ciles de usar y respetuosos con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/DSC01597-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18293\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda digital permite simular adaptaciones proactivas, ya sea un cambio en los h\u00e1bitos de los residentes, el desarrollo de nuevas infraestructuras, las consecuencias del cambio clim\u00e1tico o la respuesta ante cat\u00e1strofes. Los informes de datos en tiempo real ayudan a medir mejor, lo que a su vez permite una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficaz y conduce a una acci\u00f3n impactante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Foro 2023 de la CMSI brind\u00f3 una oportunidad \u00fanica para intercambiar puntos de vista sobre las mejores pr\u00e1cticas, las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y las innovaciones para avanzar en el desarrollo inteligente y debatir sobre las experiencias locales y nacionales y las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para identificar y ampliar las tecnolog\u00edas pertinentes y las soluciones innovadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El debate se nutri\u00f3 de ejemplos que iban desde la reducci\u00f3n local de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero hasta el establecimiento de un objetivo de ciudad con emisiones netas de carbono cero, desde los retos medioambientales de las zonas costeras hasta la construcci\u00f3n de un proyecto de canal inteligente, y desde la puesta en marcha de un d\u00eda de desintoxicaci\u00f3n digital hasta la conversi\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n de los residuos electr\u00f3nicos en una oportunidad de negocio local. Los puntos en com\u00fan entre las partes interesadas fueron hacer hincapi\u00e9 en la inclusi\u00f3n y la confianza, as\u00ed como unir fuerzas para no dejar a nadie atr\u00e1s digitalmente. Los l\u00edderes de LRG tienen que aceptar el cambio r\u00e1pido para poder utilizar las herramientas adecuadas al servicio de su comunidad local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos complace colaborar con nuestro distinguido socio <a href=\"https:\/\/we-gov.org\/organizations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WeGO <\/a>promover la participaci\u00f3n y el compromiso de los GLR en el multilateralismo, especialmente en la digitalizaci\u00f3n de las ciudades centrada en las personas.
