Garantizar el acceso a una vivienda digna, adecuada, asequible y saludable para todos.<\/strong> Abordar activamente la escasa oferta de viviendas asequibles, el aumento de los alquileres urbanos, la baja calidad de las viviendas y de las infraestructuras urbanas, el acceso limitado al suelo para la construcci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de viviendas, y el aumento de la pobreza urbana y de las personas sin hogar. Proteger a los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables de la sociedad proporcionando una vivienda adecuada all\u00ed donde no la haya y garantizando que las personas alojadas no se queden sin hogar, especialmente en tiempos de pandemias en los que el llamamiento p\u00fablico es a \"quedarse en casa\".<\/span><\/p>

La ciudad b\u00falgara de Ruse ha lanzado su programa de vivienda social.
