The GCH, official partner of the UN Forum of Mayors, is happy to share that the 6th UN Forum of Mayors will take place on 12-13 October 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Associated events with the UN Forum of Mayors will also take place in the days following the Forum. More information to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 UN FoM will mainly focus on reviewing through a local lens SDG11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities<\/strong>. This SDG will also be reviewed by Member States at the UN High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development<\/a> to be held ahead of the Forum, in New York in July 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Global Cities Hub is looking forward to a strong cooperation with all the UN Regional economic commissions to organize the Forum and to engage with all interested Mayors and city networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
