Areas of collaboration were discussed in relation to urbanization and enhanced engagement of cities, local and regional authorities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-737ae58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"737ae58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><p>A roadmap was deemed necessary to reinforce common messages to be conveyed during key events. It includes the High-Level General Assembly Meeting on the New Urban Agenda (5 May 2022), and a possible joint high-level event at the <a href=\"https:\/\/wuf.unhabitat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Urban Forum<\/a> in Katowice, Poland (26-30 June 2022. The UNECE<a href=\"https:\/\/www.genevacitieshub.org\/en\/forum-of-mayors\/\"> Forum of Mayors<\/a>, held in Geneva, is also of great interest to the other regional economic commissions.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-primary );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: 2.25rem;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight );text-align: inherit\"><\/span><\/p><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ee3a44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ee3a44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Such retreats will be convened again in the future, as cross-regional cooperation on urban issues is important.
